Most of what you'd want to know, in one place.
Orders placed before 2pm WET ship same day. Portugal & Spain: 2–4 working days. Rest of EU: 4–7 working days. US & UK: 5–10 working days. Rest of world: 10–14 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Yes — we ship to 40+ countries. Duties and local taxes for non-EU destinations are collected by the carrier on delivery; we can't prepay them from here.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item for a full refund. We cover return shipping within the EU; elsewhere, the buyer covers return postage. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label where eligible.
Each product page has a "care" tab with material-specific instructions. Generally: wood oils, wool gentle-cycle, stoneware is dishwasher-safe, and our canvas is pre-washed so there's no shrinkage.
Yes — for the first 10 years after purchase, repairs are free for manufacturing issues. Accidental damage we fix at cost. Email [email protected] with photos and your order number.

Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner; card details never touch our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
